**Salary**: 15-25K (Base Salary + Commission) *Commission calculated separately (negotiable)*
**Working Hours**: 5 hours/day (3-4 hours live streaming daily), 24 streaming days/month.
**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-informed finance anchor to develop high-quality financial content centered on investment areas such as U.S. equities and ETFs. By leveraging live broadcasts and short-form videos, you will deliver market insights, trading methodologies, and actionable guidance to international audiences, aiming to improve financial understanding and promote paid educational offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation & Live Streaming**:
1.1 Conduct live streams and produce engaging short videos on TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms, focusing on developments in stock and ETF markets.
1.2 Explain trading mechanisms, technical indicators, and risk control approaches in a clear and relatable way.
1.3 Encourage viewers to enroll in premium courses, reach out via direct messages for product inquiries, and meet performance conversion goals.
2. **Audience Engagement & Trust Building**:
2.1 Respond promptly to audience questions during live sessions to build a trustworthy and professional presence.
2.2 Strengthen fan connections using voice notes, brief video updates, and other interactive tools to enhance user loyalty.
3. **Market Insight & Optimization**:
3.1 Monitor global financial movements (e.g., Federal Reserve decisions, U.S. market shifts) and adjust content accordingly.
3.2 Work closely with the operations team to review broadcast metrics and audience feedback, refining content delivery and engagement tactics.
**Requirements**:
1. Knowledge of European and U.S. financial markets (e.g., U.S. stocks, ETFs, CFDs) or practical experience in technical analysis.
2. Solid foundation in technical analysis tools (e.g., candlestick patterns, MACD, RSI, trend lines), capable of offering insightful commentary.
3. Strong screen presence, fluent and confident American English speaking skills, and the ability to captivate online audiences.
4. Grooming and appearance suitable for international viewer preferences.
5. Native or business-level English proficiency (neutral accent, outstanding verbal communication).
6. Awareness of Western audience viewing behaviors, with the ability to combine expertise and humor effectively.
7. Previous experience in TikTok live streaming is a plus.
