任职要求/Requirements：
Education:Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfieldspreferred.
Minimum3yearsofHRBPexperience.Experienceinforeign/multinationalcompanieswithexposuretoglobalHRpracticesarepreferred.
SolidknowledgeandpracticalexperienceinkeyHRareas,includingcompensation,performancemanagement,talentdevelopment,andemployeerelations
StrongprojectmanagementskillstodriveHRinitiativesindependently.
FluentinEnglish(writtenandspoken)forbusinesscommunication.
