MISSION
TheIndustrialEngineeringManagerisresponsibleofindustrialprocessdevelopment.
He/shemanagesindustrialprocessbyrespectingthebudget,timing,qualityandproductspecification.
He/sheimplementleanmanufacturingandcontinuouslyimproveonproductivity.
He/shehastofollowcompanysafetyprocedureandalwayswearrequiredPPEduringworkincompany.
TASKS&RESPONSIBILITIES
ProvideindustrialscenarioandCAPEX,developmentcostduringrequisitionphase.
DevelopthedesignoftheproductwiththeproductapplicationengineerandmanageDFMEAtoensurethemanufacturability.
Definetheprocessplanningwiththeprojectmanager.
CreateandfollowtheCAPEXBudget,whichshallbevalidatedandapprovedbytheindustrialandtheprojectmanager.
Prepareandmanageprototypetrialinordertodeliverprototypesinbestmannerintermsoftimingandcost,andmakethetrialsynthesiswiththeprocessdesigndepartment.
Organizeakick-offmeetinganddesignreviewinordertoagreeonthespecifications.
ManageandreleasePFMEAwiththeplantRep’,thecoreteam,andtheexpertstoavoidqualityissues.
Ensureamonthlyfollow-upoftheprogressandefficiencyoftheindustrialactionsmanagedbytheplantRep’withrespecttotheplanning,fulfillmentofthedeliverables,trialorganization,andthebudgetfollow-up.
CheckalltheactionslinkedwiththePFMEAwiththeplantRep’,thecoreteam,andtheexpertstoavoidqualityissues.
Reacttothevariation(topropose,toalert)inordertorespecttheQuality,Cost,Readiness,Timingcommitment,theProcessunchangeable,safety,andergonomicnorms.
Prepareandmanagetrialsinordertodelivergoodpartsrespectingtimingandcost,andmakethetrialsyntheseswiththeprocessdesigndept.andmachinerydesigndept.
Makeanactionplanandfollowupbasedonthetrialresults.
OrganizetheresponsibilitytransfertotheplantRep’.
Accordingtotherequirementofplant,ensurethetechnicalsupportforproductivity,quality,processproblem.

Basicknowledgeofmetalmaterial(Ex:aluminum,steel,bronze…),manufacturing,treatment.
BasicknowledgeofCADsoftware(Solidworks(preferred)orINVENTOR,Autocad).
