Key Responsibilities
• Data Architecture Design:
• Build scalable and high-performance data architectures leveraging Azure technologies including Databricks, SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory.
• Implement Event Hub, Durable Functions, and schema validation mechanisms
• Data Quality and Governance:
• Create and deploy data quality and profiling frameworks to manage duplicates, null values, and invalid records.
• Maintain adherence to data governance policies, GDPR requirements, and security best practices
• Cloud Integration:
• Set up and fine-tune Azure cloud solutions such as Kubernetes, Docker, and virtual machines.
• Connect diverse data sources and enable smooth data ingestion from internal and external systems

Required Skills and Competencies
• Technical Expertise:
• Skilled in Azure tools like Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Databricks, and SQL Database.
• Solid understanding of programming languages including Python and SQL.
• Knowledgeable in Kettle, Airflow DAG
• Familiar with Postgresql/polarDB
• Experienced with Hadoop/Spark/Flink
• Cloud Development:
• Proven experience working with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Proficient in deploying and managing cloud platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Language:
Fluent English communication skills required due to collaboration with team members in UK, India & Germany
