Supply Development and Expansion
(1) Lead the expansion of ride-hailing supply infrastructure in international markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East), covering driver recruitment, fleet collaborations, and vendor engagement and oversight.
(2) Assess regional supply-demand patterns, develop targeted supply growth plans, and ensure achievement of coverage goals and driver engagement metrics.
(3) Build partnerships with local regulatory bodies, transit agencies, and leasing firms to support integration of compliant vehicle and driver resources.
(1) Oversee global and external platform operations;
(2) Cultivate relationships with major local fleet operators and driver groups;
(3) Sustain government engagement and regulatory coordination;
Supply Management and Optimization
(1) Track key supply performance indicators (e.g., total driver service duration, transaction completion rates, cancellation levels) and enhance operational efficiency through strategic refinements.
(2) Create incentive mechanisms (e.g., financial subsidies, bonus programs) and driver retention initiatives to minimize attrition.
(3) Work closely with product and operations units to refine driver app functionalities (e.g., order distribution, payout processing), improving overall usability and satisfaction.
(4) Monitor global ride-hailing market developments and competitor strategies to inform data-driven recommendations for supply optimization.
(1) Achieve spatiotemporal equilibrium between demand and supply using analytical insights and incentive allocation.
(2) Develop and refine operational policies and procedures.
(3) Formulate and implement effective operational strategies.
