As an English Teacher at EF Education First Kids & Teens, you will become part of our academic team alongside international educators, delivering high-quality English instruction and educational support to students aged 3–18, with a primary focus on children aged 3–12.
The role:
This teaching position is a core and vital role within EF schools. Key responsibilities include lesson planning and delivery, monitoring and reporting student progress, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.
You will:
•Plan and conduct lessons as directed by the Director of Studies
•Grade, document, and manage outcomes from quizzes, tests, assessments, and progress reports
•Share student progress updates and learning strategies with parents through calls and parent-teacher conferences
•Support enrollment processes including placement testing and student interviews
•Participate in academic activities such as trial lessons, parent workshops, and extracurricular clubs
•Engage in professional development through training sessions and workshops
•Cover classes for absent teachers, potentially on short notice, either on-site or remotely

You have/are:
•A bachelor’s degree; National Teacher Certificate or TEFL/CELTA certification is advantageous
•Academic background in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field
•Strong English communication skills with TEM8/IELTS7 or higher
•A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and teenagers, and a commitment to education and cultural development
•Preference given to candidates with over 2 years of ELT experience for young learners, though not required
•Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
