AsacoreCIpillar,theENSL3Operationteamisresponsibleforthedeployment,maintenance,andsupportofourData&Voicenetwork,utilizingthelatesttelecommunicationsandnetworkingtechnologiesavailable,todeliverthebestpossibleend-userexperience.
TheteamhasanopportunityforanexperiencedL3DataNetworkOperationengineer.TherolewillbehighlyfocusedonDeployment&Operations,andthesuccessfulcandidateswillalsobeinvolvedinprojectstoimprovestabilityoftheNetworkServices.
Responsibilities:
•ThecandidatewillberesponsibleforsupportingChinadatainfrastructure,includingIncident,Problem,andChangeManagement;
•Apply,examine,supportandtroubleshootinfrastructureincludingrouters,switches,LoadBalancersandfirewalls;
•Usingtoolsandautomationtoproactivelymonitorandassurelatencycomplianceandquicklyrespondtoanyissues;
•Successfullyreceivetechnicalescalationsandindependentlyprovidesolutionstoresolvehighimpactingnetworkincidents.Expertlyconductroot-causeanalysisformajorproblemsanddrivethetroubleshootingtoresolution;
•Communicatewithbusinessunitsduringprojectsandincidents;
•PointofescalationsforLevel1andLevel2forincidentmanagement;
•Operationalacceptanceofnewdeploymentsandcreatetechnicaldocumentationforasbuiltenvironment;

岗位职责：
支持中国地区的数据基础设施，包括事件、问题和变更管理；
检查、维护和排除路由器、交换机、负载均衡器和防火墙等网络设备的故障；
使用工具和自动化技术主动监控网络延迟，快速响应并解决问题；
接收技术升级请求，独立提供解决方案，解决高影响网络事件，并进行根本原因分析；
在项目与事件中与业务部门保持沟通；
作为L1和L2团队的事件管理升级点；
参与新部署的运维验收，并编写技术文档；
参与供应商管理与治理流程；
参与轮班制值班，包括周末工作；
后期会有短期出差至深圳。
任职要求：
5年以上金融服务业或相关领域的数据网络运维经验（非金融服务业但具备卓越网络技术能力的候选人亦可考虑）；
扎实的数据网络技能，精通IP路由和LAN交换技术；
深入了解数据网络原理及高速网络管理技术；
熟练解码数据包捕获，识别网络与应用问题；
熟悉Cisco、Juniper、Arista等网络设备，以及F5BigIP负载均衡器；
掌握以太网技术（如SPT、802.1Q、VPC、VXLAN等）和WAN技术（如SONET/SDH、MPLS等）；
精通OSPF、BGP、TCP/IP等协议，以及PIM、IGMP等组播路由协议；
持有CCIER&S或同等认证者优先，Juniper、Arista认证为加分项；
具备金融市场数据、客户与交易所连接经验者优先；
熟悉脚本语言或网络部署自动化工具者优先。
