岗位职责：
1. 指导学生完成学术论文写作与修改，包括国内期刊、国际英文会议/期刊论文（如SCI、SSCI、EI等）的选题、框架设计、数据分析、写作与投稿。
2. 针对学生需求提供个性化科研背景提升辅导，帮助其掌握学科前沿知识与研究方法。
3. 协助学生攻克科研过程中的难点问题，培养学术思维与独立研究能力。
4. 定期跟踪学生进度，提供耐心、细致的反馈与答疑，确保学术产出质量。
任职要求：
1. 国内外高校博士在读、应届博士或博士后（交叉学科背景优先，如理工医文商等融合领域）。
2. 具有扎实的专业知识储备，至少1篇以上顶级期刊/会议论文发表经验（一作或通讯作者优先）。
3. 责任心强，有耐心和热情，能积极引导学生完成科研目标。
4. 具备优秀的沟通能力与逻辑表达能力，能清晰传授知识并激发学生兴趣。
5. 每周可稳定安排一定时间投入辅导工作（时间灵活，远程协作）。

Academic Research Tutor (Part-time / Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Guide students through the entire process of academic paper writing and revision, including topic selection, framework design, data analysis, writing, and submission for domestic journals and international English-language conferences/journals (e.g., SCI, SSCI, EI).
2. Provide personalized tutoring for research background enhancement, helping students grasp cutting-edge knowledge and research methodologies in their field.
3. Assist students in overcoming challenges in their research process, fostering their academic thinking and independent research capabilities.
4. Monitor student progress regularly, providing patient, detailed feedback to ensure the quality of academic output.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Current PhD candidate, recent PhD graduate, or Postdoctoral researcher (PhD required). Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds are highly preferred.
2. Strong subject matter expertise with a demonstrated publication record; at least one first-author or corresponding-author publication in a top-tier journal/conference is required.
3. Highly responsible, patient, and passionate about guiding students to achieve their research goals.
4. Excellent communication and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and stimulate student interest.
5. Ability to dedicate stable, weekly hours to tutoring (flexible schedule, remote work).
