岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 策划与执行 / Live Stream Planning & Execution
- 负责TikTok英语直播的全程策划与执行，包括选品推荐、脚本设计、促销活动策划及实时互动，提升直播间观看量、互动率及GMV转化；
Plan and execute end-to-end TikTok English live streams, including product curation, scriptwriting, promotional campaigns, and real-time engagement to boost viewership, interaction rate, and GMV conversion.
- 结合产品卖点与海外用户需求，设计生动有趣的话术，通过场景化展示、产品测评、限时优惠等方式激发消费者购买欲望；
Craft compelling sales narratives by aligning product USPs with overseas user needs, using scenario-based demos, product reviews, and limited-time offers to drive purchase intent.
2. 内容创作与账号赋能 / Content Creation & Account Growth
- 参与短视频内容创作，录制英语口播视频、产品使用教程或用户痛点解决方案，为账号引流并增强粉丝黏性；
Create short-form videos (e.g., English voiceovers, product tutorials, problem-solving content) to attract traffic and boost follower engagement.
- 与运营团队协作，策划节日营销、热点话题或品牌挑战赛内容，扩大品牌海外影响力；
Collaborate with the operations team on holiday campaigns, trending topics, or branded challenges to amplify global brand visibility.
3. 粉丝互动与社群维护 / Audience Engagement & Community Management
- 在直播中通过英语与观众高效互动，解答产品咨询、引导下单并处理突发问题，营造活跃的直播间氛围；
Engage viewers in English during live streams by answering queries, guiding purchases, and resolving issues to maintain a dynamic atmosphere.
- 配合运营团队维护粉丝社群（如Discord、TikTok粉丝群），定期发起互动活动，提升用户复购率与忠诚度；
Support fan community management (e.g., Discord, TikTok groups) through interactive activities to increase repurchase rates and loyalty.
4. 数据分析与优化迭代 / Data Analysis & Optimization
- 跟踪直播关键数据（观看时长、转化率、退货率等），总结用户偏好与痛点，优化直播节奏与话术策略；
Analyze live stream metrics (watch time, conversion rate, return rate) to refine strategies based on user preferences and pain points.
- 研究TikTok热门直播形式与海外消费者行为趋势，提出创新性直播玩法建议；
Research trending live formats and overseas consumer behaviors to propose innovative streaming tactics.
5.跨文化沟通与本地化适配 / Cross-Cultural Communication & Localization
- 熟悉目标市场（如欧美、东南亚等）的文化习惯、消费心理及流行趋势，调整直播风格与内容表达；
Adapt content style to align with target markets cultures, consumption habits, and trends (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia).
- 协助团队完成产品卖点翻译、文化禁忌规避及本地化营销策略落地；
Assist in translating product benefits, avoiding cultural taboos, and executing localized marketing strategies.
任职要求 / Qualifications
1. 核心能力 / Core Competencies
- 英语口语流利，发音标准，具备优秀的即兴表达与临场应变能力（需提供英语能力证明或试播demo）；
Fluent English with clear pronunciation; strong improvisation and crisis management skills (proof of proficiency or demo required).
- 1年以上直播经验（电商直播、娱乐直播等），熟悉TikTok直播流程及规则者优先；
1+ years of live streaming experience (e-commerce/entertainment); TikTok live expertise preferred.
- 镜头表现力强，性格开朗外向，能通过感染力带动观众情绪，适应长时间直播节奏；
Charismatic on-camera presence, extroverted personality, and stamina for extended live sessions.
2. 行业认知 / Industry Knowledge
- 了解跨境电商行业，对快消品、家居、美妆等品类有浓厚兴趣或经验者加分；
Understanding of cross-border e-commerce; interest/experience in FMCG, home goods, or beauty is a plus.
- 熟悉海外社交媒体文化（如热门梗、节日营销等），能快速捕捉用户兴趣点；
Awareness of overseas social media trends (memes, holiday campaigns) and user interests.
