工作职责：
C#岗：负责产品测试数据的数据平台前后端开发，支持内部用户调用、分析产品测试数据。
要求:硕士优先，本科985/211优先,5年以上前后端开发经验，有大厂经验佳
C/C++岗：在产品研发部，负责为光通信模块，编写上位机测试程序，支持项目开发及平台开发
要求:硕士优先，本科985/211优先,不限行业，1年以上C/C++开发经验，有制造业经验佳

C/C++岗：
1.Responsibleforstationsoftwaredevelopment,qualificationandsustaining,includingsoftwarecoding,debugging,updateandrelease(usingSVNandAgilesystem),generatesoftwaredesignrelatedtechnicaldocument,etc.
负责工位软件和上位机软件的开发、验证和发布，包括代码编写，代码调试，软件升级及发布（使用SVN和Agile系统），编写软件开发相关技术文档等
2.Collectstationsoftwarerequirement,definetestflowanddatabasestructure,picktherightEquipment/Jig/SwitchBoxandassisttosolvetheproductMFGissues,etc.
收集工位软件的需求，定义测试流程和数据结构，挑选合适的设备/夹具/开关盒，协助去解决相关的产品生产问题等
3.Communicateandcollaboratewithsystemengineer,process/productengineers,developersandprojectmanagertoensurethatdesignandMFGtestingmeetthespecificationofthecustomer.
与系统工程师、工艺/产品工程师、开发人员、市场和项目经理沟通和协作，以确保设计和生产测试符合客户的规范。
4.Reviewprojectdesignoutputsinallphasestobetterunderstandtheproductanditsdesign,thenprovideassistanceasneeded.
参与所有项目的设计输出评审，以便更好地理解产品的设计并提供力所能及的帮助。
5.Maketheproductautomationsolutionbystudyingandanalysingproducttestingrawdatawithrelatedengineers,setuptestenvironment,optimizetestandproductionprocess,improveproductionefficiencyandreducetestcost,etc.
通过和相关工程师一起研究和分析产品的测试原始数据，拟定产品的自动化测试解决方案，搭建测试环境，优化测试和生产流程，提高生产效率和降低测试成本等
6.Providestechnicalsupporttocustomers,GLSS,QA,sales/marketing,RMAfailureanalysis,manufactureandinsidepersonnelifneeded.
为客户，销售/市场，GLSS，QA，RMA故障分析，生产，供应商和内部人员提供技术支持。
7.SupportmanagerandSr.EngineertotrainAsst.testengineer.
支持经理和高级工程师对助理工程师进行培训
8.Understand,supportandcontributetocurrentMolexTotalQualityManagement(TQM),SixSigma,InternationalStandardsOrganization(ISO)andEnvironmental,and/orHealthandSafety(EH&S)ManagementSystemsbyfollowingstatedpoliciesandprocedures.
理解，支持和促进莫仕目前的全面质量管理（TQM），六西格玛，国际标准化组织（ISO）和环境和/或健康与安全（EH&S）管理体系，遵循既定的政策和程序。
9.Performotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanagement.

REQUIRED/必需资质:

计算机，自动化或光电子工程相关理工科专业，本科或以上学历，硕士优先
2+yearsworkingexperience.
至少2年以上C/C++软件开发经验,熟悉VisualStudio或LabWindows佳
Dateanalysisskill,goodlogic,fastlearner,goodcommunicationskills,goodteamspirit.
有一定的数据分析能力；逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强；沟通能力强，能很好的和团队协作
CET-4above,goodwrittenEnglish,fluentoralEnglishispreferred.
英语四级或以上，书面读写流利，口语能交流尤佳；
