Task & Responsibilities:
1. Leverage personal expertise to support the development and enhancement of methods and technologies – Actively participate in shaping discipline-specific standards and optimizing engineering workflows for greater efficiency.
2. Produce engineering outputs in line with established processes and technical standards, while reviewing work from fellow engineers – Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations, satisfying (internal) client needs.
3. Offer technical support regarding engineering deliverables and assist during commissioning, testing, and service phases by overseeing and guiding these activities per defined procedures and quality requirements – Maintain continuous project support throughout all stages.
4. Track product design quality in alignment with project specifications, provide updates on progress, pending items, and completion timelines, and submit necessary documentation promptly – Guarantee timely and compliant project execution.
5. Engage in technical discussions and review engineering choices with team members following internal protocols. Deepen understanding of production processes to enhance output quality. Provide input on workflows, standards, and instructions to drive continuous improvement – Promote knowledge sharing and effective collaboration across disciplines.
6. Jointly assess all outputs regularly with the discipline lead engineer in terms of quality, scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction – Identify corrective measures and define personal growth areas.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Primary focus: Involved in design development from initial concept stages. Possesses solid understanding of assembly, manufacturing techniques, system installations, commissioning, and a comprehensive overview of various engineering fields.
2. Task complexity: Responsible for creating detailed, preliminary, and system-level designs involving high complexity.
3. Quality assurance: Role equivalent to mechanical engineer; own work requires validation based on the authorization framework.
4. Independence: Position aligned with mechanical engineer level; personal outputs need approval per authorization matrix.
Requirements：
1. Education & Experience: Master’s degree with at least 5 years of engineering experience, or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years in engineering.
3. Vocational qualification with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering field.
4. Fundamental understanding of relevant discipline standards.
5. Language: Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
6. Computer: Competent in AutoCAD, Inventor (or comparable 3D CAD software), and Microsoft Office suite.
7. Others: Ethical, accountable, precise, self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates strong teamwork abilities.
