About the Role:
we are looking for a proactive and analytics-focused Cross-Border Media Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance our international media footprint across digital channels. this position involves implementing media strategies, boosting global brand awareness, and increasing audience engagement in overseas markets. the ideal candidate will possess deep insight into global digital platforms, algorithmic trends, and performance indicators, with the capability to tailor strategies for varied cultural and regional contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
design and implement cross-border media campaigns on social networks, search engines, and online advertising platforms (e.g., google, meta, tiktok, linkedin).
track and evaluate campaign outcomes, using data insights to improve visibility, interaction, and return on investment.
coordinate with creative, product, and regional teams to ensure media initiatives support overarching global marketing goals.
keep pace with evolving media trends, platform changes, and competitive moves to sustain market advantage.
oversee media spending, vendor coordination, and performance tracking and reporting.
maintain brand coherence while adhering to local regulations and cultural nuances.
Qualifications:
bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related discipline.
minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital media operations, preferably within an international or cross-border setting.
hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (google ads, meta ads, tiktok ads, etc.) and analytical tools (google analytics, data studio, etc.).
strong data interpretation skills with the ability to derive practical optimization strategies.
effective communication abilities and adaptability in a fast-moving, multicultural work environment.
proficiency in english or arabic; basic chinese language ability is preferred as most team members communicate in chinese. additional language skills (e.g., spanish, french) are advantageous.
