Support R&D System Engineering Manager in defining product and customer requirements to establish the R&D execution plan (product performance, schedule, cost, quality) and ensure successful delivery against all set objectives.
支持系统工程经理明确产品规格及客户需求，制定研发执行方案（产品性能、进度、成本、质量），并推动落实以达成各项既定目标。

协助系统工程部经理开展新产品开发与降本项目的技术规划与实施管理工作

Facilitate adherence to R&D product development process and phase gate implementation
推动研发流程及各阶段评审节点的落地执行
Coordinate with ME/EE/QA functional teams to ensure timely delivery of required design outputs
协同结构/电子软件/质量等职能团队，确保设计输出按时完成
Support financial commitments of the R&D Profit Center and track internal PO processes together with BD/PMD and manufacturing sites
配合BD/PMD及生产工厂，支持研发利润中心财务目标的达成及内部采购订单流程跟进
Ensure achievement of all project targets through rigorous R&D resource planning and systematic progress tracking
Assist R&D System Engineering Manager in collecting, monitoring and reporting program status, and coordinate cross-functional program team collaboration (Customer, BD/PMD, R&D, Sourcing, Factory, etc.)
协助研发系统工程经理收集、追踪并汇报项目进展，协调项目团队（客户、BD/PMD、研发、采购、工厂等）间协作
Support R&D System Engineering Manager in preparing documentation for business and financial justification of product development, rationalization efforts, and senior management decisions
协助研发系统工程经理编制产品开发商业与财务论证材料、合理化项目资料及管理层决策所需文件
