岗位职责：
1.协助学生完成学术论文的撰写与润色，涵盖国内期刊及国际英文会议/期刊（如SCI、SSCI、EI等）的选题确立、结构搭建、数据分析、文稿写作与投稿流程。
2.根据学生实际需求提供定制化科研能力提升指导，帮助其掌握领域前沿动态与核心研究方法。
3.支持学生解决科研过程中的关键难题，提升其学术思辨能力和自主研究水平。
4.持续跟进学生进展，给予细致、及时的反馈与答疑，保障研究成果质量达标。
任职要求：
1.国内外高校在读博士、应届博士毕业生或博士后研究人员（具备交叉学科背景者优先，如理工医文商融合方向）。
2.具备扎实的专业理论基础，有至少一篇发表于顶级期刊或会议的经验（以第一作者或通讯作者为佳）。
3.责任心强，富有耐心与教学热情，能够积极引导学生达成科研目标。
4.拥有出色的表达与沟通能力，逻辑清晰，善于知识传递并激发学生探索兴趣。
5.可每周稳定投入一定时间开展辅导工作（时间自主安排，远程协作）。

JobResponsibilities:
1.Guidestudentsthroughtheentireprocessofacademicpaperwritingandrevision,includingtopicselection,frameworkdesign,dataanalysis,writing,andsubmissionfordomesticjournalsandinternationalEnglish-languageconferences/journals(e.g.,SCI,SSCI,EI).
