MAINRESPONSIBILITIES
1、Takemeasurestoguaranteeworkingsafety.Continualimprovementofworkingenvironment,preventenvironmental,occupationalhealthandsafetyaccidents,equipproperPPEandmonitortheiruse.
2、Understandcustomerneedsandrequirementstodevelopeffectivequalitycontrolprocessesthroughoutthevaluechain,fullyexecutingWeidmannqualitymanagementsystem.
3、Prepareandenforcepoliciestoestablishacultureofhealthandsafety.
4、Monitorcompliancetopoliciesandlawsbyinspectingmanagers,employeesandoperations.
5、Ownershipoffabricationprocesses.Maintaintheprocessesinordertoguaranteequalityofproducts.
6、Provideappropriatecapacityonstaff,equipmentandinventorytoachievethemarketneeds,ensureontimedelivery.
7、Managethesiteteamandcontinuouslydeveloptheskillsandqualificationofthestaff.WorkwithHRtobuildupandexecutesitetalentmanagementprogramme.
CoordinateandcommunicateacrosstheWeidmannoperationsnetworkforbestpracticessharing
8、Managethecostofthesiteoperations.Defineinvestmentneedsandsupportprocurementteamonpurchasingexecution.
