岗位职责
1.主导产品线战略规划与年度路线图,明确用户增长、商业转化目标,负责产品全生命周期管理。
2.开展用户调研与数据分析,输出PRD,推动功能设计与交付,保障≥90%项目按时上线。
3.建立验收流程与数据看板,跟踪上线效果,优化留存率、转化率等核心指标。
4.统筹跨部门协作,解决需求冲突与接口适配问题,推动效率提升。
5.管理产品团队,推动Scrum/Kanban等敏捷方法落地,提升研发协作效率。
6.输出竞品分析,结合行业趋势与用户反馈推动创新,每年至少落地1项差异化功能。
7.支撑海外产品项目,对接本地化需求与合规要求,输出适配方案。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,计算机、软件工程、电子商务等相关专业优先。
2.8年以上产品经理经验,3年以上团队管理经验(≥5人),主导过2个以上C端/B端产品从0到1落地,且有用户量或GMV增长等可量化成果。
3.精通Scrum/Kanban等敏捷方法论,能独立组织迭代规划与评审,合理制定优先级与周期。
4.熟练使用Figma及AI工具完成产品设计。
5.熟悉O2O模式与零售/服务业流程,具备“用户痛点-业务目标-需求落地”全链路拆解能力。
6.具备战略规划与落地能力,拥有高效跨部门沟通能力,能预判并解决风险。
7.英语听说读写流利,可直接对接海外团队与客户,抗压能力强,适应高节奏迭代。
8.加分项:持有PMP或同类项目管理资质者优先。

Qualifications
