KeyResponsibilities:
• Produceprecisetechnicaldrawingsand3DmodelsusingAutoCAD,SketchUp,orFreeCAD(MacOSpreferred).
• Skillsincomputerrenderingandvideoproductionwillbeaplus.
•Manageprojectsfrominitialdesignthroughdelivery.
•Coordinatewithinternalteamstoensurequalityandtimelycompletion.
•Upholdaccuracy,efficiency,andcompliancewithdesignstandards.
Requirements:
•5+years’experienceindraftingandprojectcoordination.
•ProficientinAutoCAD,SketchUp,3DsMAX,Photoshop,and/orFreeCAD,Vectorworks(ifpossible)(Macexperiencepreferred).
•Stronggraspofdesignprinciples,constructiondetails,andtechnicalstandards.
•Abletomultitask,workindependently,andmeetdeadlines.
• ExcellentcommunicationskillsinEnglish,Cantonese,andPutonghua.
• Proactive,organized,andastrongteamplayer.
• Onsiteprojectmanagementexperiencewillbeaplus.

我们正在寻找一位技术精湛、具备强大项目管理能力的高级绘图员，负责将设计从概念阶段推进至完成阶段。理想的候选人应精通技术、注重细节，能够独立工作，并具有团队协作精神。
主要职责：
•使用AutoCAD、SketchUp或FreeCAD（MacOS系统优先）制作精确的技术图纸和3D模型。
•具备视频电脑渲染技能者优先。
•管理项目从初始设计到交付的全过程。
•与内部团队协调，确保质量和按时完成。
•保持准确性、效率，并符合设计标准。
要求：
•具有5年以上绘图和项目协调经验。
•熟练掌握AutoCAD，SketchUp，3DsMAX，Photoshop，和/或FreeCAD，Vectorworks（非必要会更佳）（有Mac使用经验者优先）。
•对设计原则、施工细节和技术标准有深刻理解。
•能够同时处理多项任务，独立工作并按时完成任务。
•英语、粤语和普通话沟通能力出色。
•积极主动、有条理，具有良好的团队合作精神。
•有现场项目管理经验者优先。
