General requirements： Expert in management systems and quality assurance. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within US or European companies operating in the equipment manufacturing sector. Language: Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Computer: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications. Others: Hold valid ISO/OHSAS/API internal auditor certification; possess strong advisory capabilities, practical mindset, attention to detail, self-driven attitude, and effective communication skills. Tasks: 1. Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Assess QMS according to Huisman global standards and recognized international/local regulations (e.g., compliance matrix), and establish/maintain the QMS in alignment with applicable requirements (Huisman global, ISO, OHSAS, API, etc.); Formulate and monitor implementation of quality assurance plans with emphasis on reliable and high-quality management processes; Take full responsibility for all internal and external QMS audit activities; Organize and follow up on management review meetings. 2. Drive continuous improvement in product quality and QMS Establish a quality data system encompassing data collection, analysis, and reporting; Lead client satisfaction surveys, including analysis and reporting of results; Manage the Quality Improvement Proposal Plan (QIPP), initiated from quality data and customer feedback; Promote the use of quality tools within data analysis and QIPP processes. 3. Supplier quality management Conduct supplier evaluations (including audits) during sourcing phase, and track corrective actions until suppliers meet qualification criteria; Collaborate with SCM to assess supplier performance, and initiate/propose quality enhancement plans for existing suppliers; Work closely with supply chain teams to elevate overall supplier quality performance. 4. Other responsibilities Foster a strong quality culture through initiatives such as training programs and awareness campaigns; Maintain control over QMS documentation; Provide expert advice on Quality Assurance matters. 5. Perform additional duties assigned by the QESH manager.

岗位要求： • 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电机类、机电一体化等相关专业 岗位职责： • 运用E-PLAN软件，依据豪氏威马指定电气元器件、电气图纸规范及设计标准，完成各阶段电气图纸的绘制工作； • 与荷兰总部及捷克电气工程师保持沟通，协同解决电气技术相关问题； • 为生产相关部门提供电气技术支持，保障电气生产流程顺利实施。
